Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged in transit, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@candlelightsoap.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no charge. We reserve the right to request additional information to process your claim.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage of products
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing (please contact your local carrier first)
